MOMMY MAKEOVER
BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTOS – PATIENT 19

This 30-year-old female presented to Dr. Siamak Agha at Plastic Surgery Body Contouring Center for a mommy makeover. The patient was unhappy with her abdominal tissue excess and laxity as well as her breast size and drooping. She wore a C-cup bra and wished to be a small D. Furthermore, she desired a fuller and rounder buttocks and liposuction of multiple areas.

On examination, the patient was found to have a mild degree of breast asymmetry and sagging, with her right breast appearing to be slightly smaller than her left breast. Examination of her abdomen revealed mainly lower abdominal skin laxity and excess and pubic sagging. She also had prominence and fullness of her waist, back and inner thighs.

During her 7 hour mommy makeover surgery, she underwent Dr. Agha’s pioneered high-definition, low-cut tummy tuck where the abdominoplasty incision is placed 1 inch into the pubic area to achieve pubic lift (monsplasty). The patient also had liposuction of her inner thighs, lower abdomen, waist, love-handles and all of her back. The liposuctioned fat was then processed and carefully injected into the buttocks to enhance the size and shape of each buttock. About 600cc of fat was transferred into each buttocks centrally in this case. Finally, she had a peri-areolar breast lift (Donut lift) and augmentation with silicone breast implants. Both implants were round and smooth, the left implant was 300 cc, and the right implant was 325 cc.

Post-op photos of her mommy makeover were taken at approximately 6 months after her surgery.
