BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTOS – PATIENT 9

This is a 44 year old female who presented to Dr. Siamak Agha to undergo facelift, neck lift, and Asian blepharoraplasty procedures. The patient specifically requested fuller cheeks and a Caucasian upper eyelid fold. Patient had a mini facelift and neck lift by Dr. Agha, as well as creation of an upper eyelid fold, removal of epicanthal fold, and upper blepharoraplasty with removal of excess upper lid fat. The patient’s facelift gave her tighter, more youthful skin and also removed wrinkles around her eyes, nose and mouth. The patient also received fuller cheeks, giving her a more proportionate and symmetrical face. Plumping the patient’s cheeks also gave her a more youthful appearance. The patient’s neck lift tightened her neck skin and removed wrinkles throughout her neck area, giving the patient a stronger jaw line, which gives the appearance of a more symmetrical face. The creation of the patient’s upper eyelid fold and the removal of the epicanthal fold removed the patients hooded eyelids and provided her with more open, bright, and Caucasian looking eyes. The upper blepharoplasty removed excess fat in the upper eyelid and widened and brightened her eyes. The procedure also removed wrinkles around the patient’s eyes by tightening her eye skin. This gave her a more youthful appearance and also created a more Caucasian eye shape. The patient also achieved a natural look, since incisions are hidden in areas that appear to be natural wrinkles. Post-operative pictures are shown at 18 months.
