BREAST AUGMENTATION
BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTOS – PATIENT 42

This 24 year old patient presented to Plastic Surgery Body Contouring Center for silicone breast augmentation by Dr. Agha. The patient wished to have overall fullness and roundness of her breasts. On examination, the patient was found to have wide, obliquely-oriented breast shape. The right breast appeared slightly smaller than the left breast. Also the left nipple areola was slightly lower than the right side. The patient tried different implant sizers at our office and selected approximately 375 cc round implants. During her 1.5 hour surgery, Dr. Agha performed an infra-mammary crease incision, submuscular breast augmentation with Natrelle smooth, round, high-profile 375 cc implants on both sides.

Post-operative pictures were taken at 12 months after her breast augmentation surgery.
