This 40 year-old weight loss patient was referred to Dr. Siamak Agha at Newport Beach for plastic surgery after weight loss.The patient had lost over 200 pounds of weight via gastric bypass surgery in 2011. The patient was unhappy with her arms, breasts, lower body, buttocks, and thighs. Patient’s breast size was a D cup and she wanted to have her breasts lifted only.
